1. Online Store Terms

2. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display our products, colors, designs, descriptions, and sizing accurately. However, colors and other details may appear differently depending on your screen and device.

Because products may be produced after an order is submitted, slight variations in color, print placement, stitching, or appearance may occur. These minor differences are not considered defects.

3. Orders and Payments

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees will be shown during checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability, or incorrect customer information. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

4. Order Fulfillment

Action Maxxed works with Tapstitch as a production and fulfillment partner. Products may be manufactured, packaged, and shipped directly to customers by Tapstitch or another approved service provider.

Submitting an order authorizes us to share the information required to manufacture and deliver your purchase with our fulfillment and shipping partners.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Processing and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur because of production schedules, carrier disruptions, weather, customs processing, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for reviewing their shipping address before submitting an order. Action Maxxed is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

6. Final-Sale Policy

All purchases are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded because products are produced and fulfilled through our production partner.

This policy does not eliminate any rights provided by applicable law. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the item ordered, contact us at [customer-service email] within seven days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

We will review the claim and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or other legally required remedy. Normal wear, improper washing, incorrect sizing selections, and minor production variations are not considered manufacturing defects.

All original brand names, logos, graphics, photographs, product designs, website content, and other materials belonging to Action Maxxed are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially use our protected materials without written permission.
